Personalised Training & Coaching Consultation We understand that every dog is unique. Our Personalised Training & Coaching Consultation service offers tailored advice and support to address your dog's specific needs. What We Offer: Behavioral Problem Solving: Get expert advice on addressing and managing your dog's behavioral challenges, from anxiety to leash reactivity. Customised Training Plans: Sometimes knowing what to train when, and in what order and which technique to use for your particular dog can feel like a lot to work out on your own. We can work with you to create a bespoke training program that fits your lifestyle and your dog’s unique personality. Goal-Oriented Coaching: Receive ongoing coaching and support to help you and your pup achieve your training goals, ensuring progress every step of the way. Obedience Coaching: From casual, everyday obedience behaviours to advanced, precision obedience for more disciplined applications, we can guide you at every level of your dog training journey.
Cancellation Policy
🐾 Booking Policy We know life happens! Here’s what to expect if you need to make changes to your booking: Missed Classes – We’re unable to offer make-up sessions, so please ensure you or a family member can attend each class. No Refunds for Missed Sessions – Unfortunately, we can’t provide refunds for sessions you miss. Illness & Emergencies – If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (like illness), we’ll do our best to offer a credit or reschedule your booking with trainer approval. Weather Cancellations – If a class is canceled due to weather, we’ll either reschedule or offer a refund, depending on what works best. If you have any concerns, just reach out—we’re happy to help!
